FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first order

If yours is not here, put it in your enquiry. We would rather answer it before the contract than after.

Working with us

Why buy through a trading company instead of direct from the factory?

Buying direct suits a buyer who already knows the plant, can audit it, and takes one grade in steady volume. We are useful when you would rather not carry that work yourself. For every enquiry we compare several qualified processors, so one poor lot or a fully booked plant does not stop your shipment. We inspect on your behalf, not the plant’s — our only interest is your next order. And you deal with one counterparty for the goods, the inspection, the freight and the documents.

Which processor will produce my order?

Processor details are shared once the deposit for your order is received, or when you visit us in Vietnam. Until then, everything that matters to quality is fixed in writing: the specification, the reference sample and the inspection body named in the contract.

Can we visit you in Vietnam?

Yes. We are based in Nha Trang and will arrange visits to the processors and warehouses that handle your cargo, with sampling on site.

Who will I deal with?

Liam Phan, directly and in English, from enquiry through to document presentation. No account-manager relay, no shifting contact.

Orders and samples

What is your minimum order?

[XX] MT per product line. Tell us your volume and we will say plainly whether it works.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Sealed samples are couriered against your account, and your approved sample becomes the reference sample in the contract.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, Vietnam time (UTC+7).

Payment and shipping

What payment terms do you accept?

An L/C at sight, or a substantial T/T deposit with the balance against documents. We do not accept D/P or D/A on a first order.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

CIF and CFR (CNF) to your port. FOB on request.

Which port do you load from?

[LOADING PORTS].

Quality and documents

Who inspects the goods?

We check every lot against your written specification before loading. Third-party inspection by SGS, Control Union or Vinacontrol whenever it is written into the contract.

Will I see my cargo before it ships?

Yes. Sampling, packing and loading are supervised, and you receive photos of your cargo and the container number before documents are released.

Which export documents do you provide?

The set agreed in the contract — typically certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate, fumigation certificate where required, certificate of quality and quantity, packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading. For EU coffee, ask about EUDR documentation before the contract.
