Why buyers work with us
Five things we do on every order
Not promises in a brochure. Each one is a step you can see, check, or hold us to in the contract.
Inspection
Checked before it loads
Every lot is sampled against your written specification before loading.
Honesty
Told before, not after
If a grade, a certificate or a date is out of reach, you hear it before you sign.
Care
Every step on record
You receive photos of your cargo and the container number before documents are released.
Price
A fair price you can check
We compare qualified processors and show you the price basis, from origin to your port.
Logistics
To your port, with the papers
Freight booked, documents prepared, CIF or CFR quoted — one counterparty instead of three.
Send a specification. Get a quote you can check.
Tell us the product, grade, volume, destination port and Incoterm. We reply within one working day, Vietnam time (UTC+7).
FAQ
Questions buyers ask first
If yours is not here, put it in your enquiry. We would rather answer it before the contract than after.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Sealed samples are couriered against your account, and your approved sample becomes the reference sample in the contract.
What payment terms do you accept?
An L/C at sight, or a substantial T/T deposit with the balance against documents. We do not accept D/P or D/A on a first order.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
CIF and CFR (CNF) to your port. FOB on request.
Who inspects the goods?
We check every lot against your written specification before loading. Third-party inspection by SGS, Control Union or Vinacontrol whenever it is written into the contract.
Which processor will produce my order?
Processor details are shared once the deposit for your order is received, or when you visit us in Vietnam. Until then, everything that matters to quality is fixed in writing: the specification, the reference sample and the inspection body named in the contract.
